About Horse Ost. Osteopathy for Horses and Ponies.
The First MSc in Animal Osteopathy
IT WAS great to catch up with Dr Forbes again at the London Vet Show. I even got him to read my latest article for Animal Therapy Magazine. Tony pioneered a lot of the animal work, run workshops and courses, including the clinical part of the first ever MSc in Animal Osteopathy in the UK and Europe.

A Business for Horses, Ponies and Donkeys
Horse Ost was set up by Tony Nevin BSc (Hons) Ost, DO to focus more than 31 years of treating all types of horse, pony, and donkey with osteopathy. Working with vets to create treatment programmes specifically for each individual patient. Unlike many animal therapists Tony believes the only truly effective way of providing proper care is to work within a multi disciplinary practice. This is the ethos behind Horse Ost. Bringing all that is great from the osteopathic profession and combining it with the very best from the equine veterinary world.
Lecturing and After Dinner Speaking
AS A result of this unique business, I am often asked to guest lecture, or provide after dinner talks. These are great opportunities to share some of the amazing experiences that this type of work can provide, along with pursuing a career of "doing good".
Now looking forward with the wealth of experience more than 31 years in practice has brought me, I will continue to hone my osteopathic skills between both human and animal patients for the benefit of all.
